Before the Clean
For the best results, follow these simple steps before we arrive.
1. Pick up household items that may be lying about.
Tidying and straightening up your home's rooms before our crew arrives by removing all clothing, toys, etc off the floor.
2. Put away the pets.
Find a good spot for your pets so they feel comfortable while we clean.
3. Put out clean sheets if we will be changing your linens.
We will happily change sheets and make beds. Simply place clean sheet on top of the beds.
4. Make sure we can get in.
If you plan to be away during your home's cleaning, or if you're setting up service for the first time, make sure we have access to an entry key, as well as any special instructions for turning off a home security system.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
(a) All work shall be completed in a workmanship like manner, and if applicable, in compliance with all building codes and other applicable laws. (b) Contractor warrants that it is adequately insured for injury to its employees and others incurring loss or injury as a result of the acts of Contractor or its employees. (c) In the event Owner shall fail to pay any periodic or installment payment due hereunder, Contractor may cease work without breach pending payment or resolution of dispute. (d) Contractor shall not be liable for any delay due to circumstance beyond its control. (e) Contractor is not responsible for any broken items. (f) Contractor is an independent contractor and not an employee of Owner. (g) Absolutely no pets are to be out in the Owners home when the contractors are cleaning. (h) All cleans that have been scheduled sight unseen are subject to an additional deep clean fee. The office will call to notify you when the crew arrives if you will be required to pay an additional deep clean fee.
